Detail
ORPHEUS is a series of optical parametric amplifiers (OPAs) designed for seamless integration with Yb-based CARBIDE or PHAROS femtosecond lasers. Emitting femtosecond pulses tunable from UV to MIR at repetition rates of up to 2 MHz, ORPHEUS is an invaluable tool for ultrafast spectroscopy, nonlinear microscopy, and microstructuring applications.

ORPHEUS OPAs are available in several models to meet diverse scientific requirements:

ORPHEUS: Accepts high-power pump and provides a wide tuning range from 630 to 2600 nm, extendable from 210 to 16 000 nm with a wavelength extension module integrated into a thermally stabilized housing. Automated wavelength tuning and beam separation ensure convenient, hands-free operation.
*ORPHEUS-F: Combines the short pulse durations of a noncollinear OPA (NOPA) with the wide tuning range of a collinear OPA. Signal is tunable from 650 to 900 nm and can be compressed down to 25 – 70 fs, while idler is tunable from 1200 to 2500 nm with pulse durations of 40 – 100 fs.
*ORPHEUS-ONE: Designed for the spectral range from 1400 to 16 000 nm, it achieves higher pump-to-signal conversion efficiencies in the mid-IR range.

For a compact single-box solution, consider the I-OPA industrial-grade optical parametric amplifier. For an OPA compatible with the PHAROS-UP ultrashort-pulse laser, refer to *ORPHEUS‑NEO next-generation OPA. For platforms accepting higher pump pulse energies, see ORPHEUS-HE high-energy OPA.
